Ashley Gilder is a seasoned benefits professional based in Atlanta, GA, currently serving as Vice President and Senior Benefits Consultant at MSI Benefits Group, Inc. With over a decade of experience in the employee benefits industry, Ashley has held key roles at respected firms including OneDigital and The Benefit Planning Group, where she built a strong foundation in strategic consulting and client relationship management.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Auburn University (2006–2011), bringing a communications-savvy approach to benefits strategy. Ashley’s expertise spans employee benefits, analytics, research, and digital engagement, including social media and platform-specific tools.

Known for her client-first mindset and data-informed strategies, Ashley continues to help organizations design cost-effective benefit programs that attract, retain, and support top talent.
